NinetyStats is operated as a sole trader in the United Kingdom. Our postal address is available on request by email. Contact us at support@ninetystats.com.

We publish statistical estimates about football matches: the probability our own model assigns to each result. Every published probability is frozen before kick-off and graded in public afterwards, including the ones we get wrong. Our methodology and accuracy record are open to anyone.

It is not betting advice, an invitation to gamble, or a prediction of what will happen. A probability is not a certainty: a 60% favourite still fails four times in ten, by design. Past model performance does not guarantee future results.

We do not accept, place, broker or facilitate bets, we hold no client funds, and we hold no gambling licence because we provide no gambling facilities. Any decision you make with our numbers is yours alone and taken at your own risk.

If you gamble, you must be 18 or over in the United Kingdom and comply with the law where you live. Free, confidential support is available at BeGambleAware.org.

You must be 18 or over to use NinetyStats. You also need a Discord account to use the bot, which means following Discord’s own terms. If we learn that someone under 18 is using the service, we will remove their access.

The free tier gives you one full match view each week, plus unlimited access to the public record, receipts and accuracy pages. Supporter membership costs £15 per month and removes the weekly limit, extends your watchlist, and opens any additional market once it has passed our public calibration audit.

Membership is billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Refunds. If you are unhappy with membership within 14 days of your first payment, email us and we will refund it in full. Beyond that, we do not refund part-months, but you can cancel at any time to stop future payments. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Prices may change, but never for a period you have already paid for. We will announce any price change in our Discord community at least 30 days before it takes effect.

You may use our published numbers for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, and quote them with attribution. You may not scrape the site or the bot, resell or redistribute our probabilities or graded record as a product of your own, or present our numbers as anyone else’s work.

Please do not attempt to bypass the free-tier limit, disrupt the service, or use it to break the law. We may suspend or end access that does.

The models, probabilities, graded record, code, wordmark and design of NinetyStats belong to us. Club names and marks belong to their respective owners; we use plain colour roundels rather than club crests, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any club, league or governing body.

We aim to keep NinetyStats running, but it is provided as-is. Fixtures move, data feeds fail, and models are updated. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the service, and we may hide any market that stops meeting our published accuracy standard. Where a change matters to members, we will say so in the Discord.

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Otherwise, because NinetyStats provides information rather than advice, we are not liable for any losses arising from decisions you take using our numbers, including gambling losses. If we are found liable for any other loss connected to the service, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You can stop using NinetyStats at any time, cancel membership from your account page, and ask us to delete your data. We may end or suspend access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken; if we do, we will refund any unused portion of a paid month unless the breach involved fraud or abuse.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in its courts. If you live elsewhere in the UK you keep the right to bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.

If we change these terms we will update this page and the date at the top, and announce material changes in our Discord community before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
